As someone who enjoys working out, does anyone have any tips for workouts that have worked rly well for them?

Alright if you wanna get more muscular and toned then you gotta do strength training(60-90 mins), followed by cardio (20-30 mins). You gotta take proper supplements and get proper nutrition with enough protein (1g/lb bodyweight). Also, sleep is very crucial. Atleast 7 hours of sound sleep is recommended. Also, drink a gallon of water daily.
