Once i open the site, the room list is showing but can't enter amy room or chat with anyone and is showing disconnected. Please fix this asap, it's been like this for almost a month now, pls update or fix the error

For a while now x whenever i open ifc no rooms, or chat is being shown on screen. It's showing disconnected in prefencees. Pls fix this issue, i have friends in this site who i wanna chat with
