I am unable to login through wifi, i can login through mobile data only, the sites kicks me out when i switch to wifi, so kindly delete my account and remove all the information from your database, or tell me the steps to delete it myself

help me everytime i login with my wifi it kickes me out saying i am using vpn when i am not using any vpn, i can only login through hotspot can admins fix my issue?
