Can you guys upload screenshot or add more description about the issue?

Did you make sure to select the checkbox corresponding to this message "By checking this box, you are indicating that you are at least 18 years of age and have read and agree to the Terms of Use" ?

Are you using a temp mail? I remember this happening to me when I used a temp mail and my account was still not approved by administrators. I ultimately used a gmail account that I created long ago lol and I was able to login. Hope this helps you!
