I can log in as guest but not able to log in as registered user .this been happening since1 month. I have appealed too but no solution been made .kindly tell what next I should do . Do I have to delete the registered account and. Always chat as guest only

Can't able to sign in .reason not known .happing since 1 month .can sign in as guest but not as registered user ?

Trying to log in but after reaching sign in page system reverts to enter chat page.
