i would like my account permanently removed/deleted from the site or add a button in the account details section at the bottom which says delete account

When I m uploading my pic to the lobby or anywhere it showing me this message what should I do admin help

I am unable to enter any room since yesterday , tried everything possible but still no results . Can any admin member please look at this and tell me what is wrong ? i am logged in but can't join any room the page is just blank. Kindly help !

Dear Admin/Moderator, I am unable to join the chat room through Wi-Fi, it either displays "Not a Valid Token" or "Failed to validate your account". Since the platform's interface got updated there's one more problem like the whole lounge gets stacked for a couple of minutes. Please resolve this...
