Ban on me

Hi,
I have been visiting this site for over 3 years now and never ever have I done anything to show bad / rude behavior or broken any rules. Since the last more than a week whenever I try to log in I get a message that my client/nick has been banned due to VPN. I have never used VPN and so much so I don't even know how to. Please unban me so I may be able to chat with my friends here.

and they banned me saying DOXing and pedo
