Nightmares hunt ?

I woke up due to a horrible terrified nightmares so scared any solution ?

I tried but it was too scary! Someone brutally cut my friends into pieces when I was not there and I was gathering them together with my hands. After that I killed him too in revenge. That was the scary part, I know everyone and the place where all this happened I lost my sleep after that
