I filed a ban appeal but it's not letting me select the gender or country or ban reason, the drop down isn't working. Is there some error?
Except that I've filled all the necessary things needed.

you arent banned, seems to be a bug on your end.

It is showing that "Your Account or Client is Banned". I already submitted the Ban Appeal form yesterday. I shall be highly obliged if the admin kindly approve my request and let me join again in the chat rooms.

Same thing with me, account banned stating that I am underaged
