I filed a ban appeal but it's not letting me select the gender or country or ban reason, the drop down isn't working. Is there some error?

you arent banned, seems to be a bug on your end.

It says I am not 18+. Can someone look into this please? I already submitted the appeal with relevant information. Is there any email to ask for any update from Admin? Thank you.
