My account has been banned with the message:
“Your account or client is banned: TOU Violation (2033ce22)”
I’m requesting a manual review of the ban. I’m not aware of what specific action caused the violation, and I would appreciate clarification regarding the reason for the ban.
If I unintentionally violated the Terms of Use, I’m willing to correct the issue and make sure I follow the rules going forward.
Please review my account and let me know whether the ban can be removed or what steps I need to take to resolve the issue.
