Banned without valid reason

I was just sharing some normal sex gifs & suddenly I was banned saying that family solicitation is not allowed. I didn't do any such thing.

There is no option to chat with moderator also.

This is not right, I have been using this site for years, but now I don't know what is happening with the site. Poor management.
