Whenever I try to enter in chatroom, everytime the page is redirected to the same entering page, it's a loop some kind of, help me to get out of this​

Like after the login page it redirects to the page where the T&C should be clicked and whn clicked on next shows a sign-in text in middle then.... it redirects to the same T&C page and this repeats In a loop
