Cant loginin chat after the ban

Dear mods i have been trying for few days.. To login in to the chat.. But can't
i have got a ban due too teen age.. And iam not teen.. after the ban i cant loginin any accounts.. Please un ban me this is my request and my acc has not unbanned.. The reason for un ban is. Teenaged.. And iam 18 + year old i have 19 age.. Please un ban me and login to the chat..
