chat not loading

I have tried different browsers, allowed all content and a different service provider but it doesn't help. I can log in to chat but after that the page shows an error as follows ----

Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to chat.ifreechat.com. PR_CONNECT_ABORTED_ERROR
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the web site owners to inform them of this problem.

It is interesting to note that I asked for help on 17th December, but no one from the website has bothered to reply even till today. The same problem of not being able to log in and frequent disconnection continues . . . . .
