Demand to unban Bihar Ip Admin

Had a chat with one of the mods asked why Bihar is banned. Let's demand to be unbanned because with such case of illegal activities other states can be banned. They already allow registered users to post pics ban those people report them. It's unfair for few rotten apples they'll dump the rest of us who actually report such disgusting stuff.. anyone reading should tag the mods admin
