Getting 500 error most time or getting the enter chat page again n again

When I try to login to the chat room the page is getting redirected to the homepage again.
This happens even as a guest login

It happening with me as well whenever I am trying to login using registered I'd and also for the guest I'd; the page is getting redirected to the homepage.

Helloooo admin.... I'm facing this issue since last week.... After clicking on "agree and chat" It is showing signing in but after that it is redirecting to home page again and again....
