Got banned for explaining me asking age as I don't want to talk anyone below 18

I got banned just because i asked a person 'guest-barkha' her age because I don't want to talk to a underage person here.
What is this nonsense, nd i explained this to her that I asked age BCz I don't want to talk with any underage person.

I have similar issues ...i typed- but you are under age. And send the msg I was about to type I can't continue chat with you..they just immediately banned me. .i couldn't do anything about it ?
