ifreechat not loading due to websockt error

I am unable to load the chats in ifreechat.
I am getting error when i see the console logs: 88430-ifreechat-production-304c2fbb24bf147f4d9d.js:113 WebSocket connection to 'wss://chat.ifreechat.com/socket?w7unslnShQZSovk8j88lVE7WPnYqAzE8il6FVqwVTz9o/QjK0tED4tWVRUxxXCi2&id=UG8O5862KFd_fdrkk7mbk' failed:

Can you anyone or admin please help me with this issue.
I saw that lot of other user also facing the same issue.
