I am logging after many days but getting this error msg

Hey Haan m from u.p. but currently working in jharkhand and living alone here, but my ip shows bihar, lekin how u got this idea that thy have banned ip from bihar

Coz I am also from Bihar and here it's not working for i guess 1.5 months. But when I visited banaras and tried from there, I am able to access it easily. Even from Delhi same facing no issues from there.
