I'm writing you to highlight a peculiar issue. Since the past week I've logged in to the website regularly, both via desktop as well as my phone browser (Google chrome on android). The issue I'm facing is: I'm able to login and join the room "Lounge" through my desktop but when i login through my phone I'm met with an error that I'm banned from the room "Lounge" because of violation of TOU. I even tried logging in as a guest using a different internet connection, but this error persisted on my phone. I'm able to join other rooms effortlessly, both on desktop and mobile, but facing issues with the "Lounge" room. Kindly provide clarity/ assistance on the same.
