I recently found that my account/access has been blocked due to a “TOU Violations” message. I’m not sure what caused this, and I don’t believe I intentionally violated your Terms of Use.
If I made a mistake, I sincerely apologize. I would appreciate it if you could review my case and let me know the reason for the ban. If possible, I kindly request that you remove the ban and restore my access. I will make sure to follow all of your community guidelines and Terms of Use in the future.
