I cannot enter the lounge and I dont have any ban notice or emails defining the reason of why I can't enter the chat , I thought maybe my name can be the issue so I have tried to change it and I have been waiting since last 10 days for the approval but I am still here with no response , I request the team to please take look into it , I have even filled the Ban Appeal Form too since 4 days
