I face this issue sometimes. I can login with my account but cannot join any room. Can this be resolved? Am i banned or something?

No one is banned like this, it's your ISP which is blocking the chat rooms. Kindly try to use it with some other connection. Like if you have 2 sim cards, try connecting with another sim's internet. I hope it'll work.

You can try using a Vodafone internet , or try switching with different network provider .. ( wifi , Airtel etc.. )

If it still exists , you can try using a VPN ,
