Period sex

So I am reading and searching about period sex .. the reason behind it is every female goes through lot of pain while on periods it its just not one type of pain sometimes back is paining, some time headache, stomach ache vomiting feel, body pain cramps and much more that men can't even imagine

What solution? Heating bag ? Some comfortable position? Heating patch? What is best solution

As per my understanding along with some care and comfort making love to your partner at the time of period can comfort them more ... so I don't know how effective it is? Is it really effective? If yes is it really true and same for all females...

Please females share your opinion on this or boys having experience with this please do share your thoughts...it will be really helpful ...

I think there’s no single solution because every woman experiences periods differently. Things like a heating pad, warm bath, massage, rest, hydration or simply being there for her can definitely help. As for intimacy, orgasm can sometimes provide temporary relief from cramps because of muscle relaxation and endorphin release, but I don’t think it works the same way for everyone. For some women it may be comforting, while for others sex during periods may be uncomfortable or the last thing they want. Ultimately, I feel the most important thing is understanding your partner, communicating openly and asking what makes her feel comfortable rather than assuming that one particular solution will work for everyone. What works for one may not necessarily work from another. Periods definitely get your hormones raging, no doubt about that!
