Quitting smoking.

Let today be the last day, day 0 of me smoking.

Im going to come in everyday at around 12am and pledge to not smoke throughout the day.

I also intend to come and start typing here, everytime i think about smoking.

Please lord give me power. Please lord have mercy.
More power to you and let me know what worked for you .

keep bahut busy,
take vitamins,
and stop romanticizing nicotine.

Vitamins? Thats new- let me look into that.
Romanticizing nicotine- i do remember a time after my biggest heartbreak saying ciggys are the only thing permanant in my life, i wonder if that has something to do with it?

Passion- overly passionaite about everything in life... really passionaite about my work. But that passion kinda drips into my smoking habit as well.

Let me try the vitamins thingy today. Also, is it a fact that vitamins help reduce smoking or are you guessing?

vitamin alone will not do anything but yeah
Vitamins help too. Mg tabs can help u sleep better and stay calm, and vit D can help with mood.

When u get enough sleep , eat healthy, staybhydrated, hit gym, and keeping ur mind busy, cig cravings become much easier to handle.


People smoke because they’re stressed, bored, anxious, or out of habit.
Fix those things.
