The moderators are not removing the ban so how to solve it

I am banned as it states that I am a minor... But I am 31 years old... The moderators are not removing the ban... So how to solve it... Raised my complaint multiple times...

THis website is dead bro.....we are also facing same problem...banned for no reason and moderators are silent
