Unable to upload the media

I want to upload media from my gallery, but its showing that " you do not have privilege to upload media" ... Even though I have not broken any of your rules, why are you still showing this? Please solve this as soon as possible

Guest user do not have the privilege to upload media anymore due to extensive abuse of upload image feature. You need to register an Id to be able to upload media.
