Where is morality?

If a person virals a picture on the internet of other Lady/Men without their consent carrying ill intentions in their heart, do you think that the person who shared it should ever be spared without a proper and legal punishment?
What do you think about the nature of that person? Could a person like that ever be good?

He/she should get proper punishment for it. Maybe the person can be trusted again, but the chances of it would be very rare, like someone as a teen did something like that, but maybe once he/she is an adult, they would know or understand the actual consequences of their actions, but still, they deserve every legal punishment.
