Thank you everyone. Idk, suddenly, with so many people involved, i understand why this is important. Internally, i just am feeling accountable to all of you. I think im going to do it. Day 0 today. Day 1 tomorrow again. Thanks you all.

I want to say, ive tried this plenty of times before, and people kept losing their faith in me time and again, now with you bunch of people, i request yall to bear with me.

I wouldnt be here seeking help if it were easy if i trip, please dont lose faith in me.
I am learning to believe that i can do whatever i want, and i will get rid of this bad habit. Thank you all for your support.

By gods grace, with all your support, i will walk out of this

Happiness: +1 point
Health: +1 point
Self-control: +1 point
Lung recovery: +1 point
Fresh breath: +1 point


Total Score: 5 points

Penalty: 1 cigarette = -1 point


Weekend Goal: Reach 15–20 points by staying smoke-free.

U can use this one or something alike to motivate u

Okay, interesting.
So everyday without a cigarette, i get 5 points. So essentially, if i go 5 days without a smoke i make 25 points, leaves me 5 cigarette buffer for the weekends. But i should be targetting 35 points (max points per week)

Alright. Im game.

Good luck! Hopefully, the number won't increase this time. Remember to eat the melons and bananas. Very tasty fruits 10/10. Even More addictive than cigarettes.

Just wondering. Me is failing hard. Already at -2. thinking about another one. Its an improvement from yesterday but it wasnt supposed to go down. If i smoke less than three a day, do i get +2.5, considering happiness, self control and half for fresh breath?

Also, can we consider that as a non smooker, i was just trying out what all the fuss is about smoking?

Bro, if you wanna quit, then quit.
Smoking isn’t something you beat by overthinking it or feeling guilty after every cigarette.

Just make the decision and stick to it.
Your brain works for you. So command it. Don’t let some fucking dopamine hit tell you what to do.

brains not braining.
But today was a huge improvement from other days. Apart from in terms of over sleeping, i only smoked like 3 so far. And i am out but not smoking. And yeah youre right, no excuses but what can i say? Im trying my best.
