You braid fiery tresses of a heart enflamed,
Carve crushing walls in remembrance's thrall,
You rein in the steed that ran untamed,
But don't you see? T'was the blinkers afterall!

Lift the pall up and now you see,
Streaking in rays of mundane glee,
