I think bannig is done here by using AI. If certain prohibited words are used in private chats AI will ban you without judging the merit of your text as a whole. Here none of the room moderators is capable of understanding regional languages like Bengali,,Asamese/ Odiy,, etc. So most of the room moderators have tio depend on AI to take a decision! for banning any user
