Unable to enter chat room

Im unable to enter the chat room since today's afternoon. After ticking the box to denote that I'm agreeing to the terms and conditions of ifc, the chat room is not appearing. Instead, it again asking to enter and thereafter, again the page for ticking the accepting box denoting terms and conditions of the site is appearing and so on
Kindly look into the matter.

There seems to be some issue with guest login. Everything I try to login with a guest account it takes me back saying invalid login

I made a complaint on 9/10/24 informing that I was unable to login here to my registered account. I think neither the customer care people of this site ( if any) nor the moderators has noticed my complaint. As a result, my complaint has still remained un addressed.
I once again request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and redress my grievances at the earliest.

I am noticing this problem especially with mobile. I was able to login with my registered account from laptop. But mobile it stays stuck.

At last I could login to this site from my mobile by changing the browser.
