Unban me I have been banned wrongfully

I was banned on the resin of soliciting or something 2 days is there a moderator or member who can tell if this ban is temporary or no and also I was not soliciting anyone whatsoever I didn’t do anything please unban me it is my request

I am banned for reasons which may be seen from the screen shot attached. I never solcit family role play or the allegations made against me as evident from the SS enclosed .
I request the Admin either to unban me or to delete my account permanently with immediate effect under advice to me at my email address.
